Our facilities prefer to call us for a number of reasons.  For a start, our consultants do not keep our clients waiting on any occasion when booking shifts as we understand the importance of needing to have staffing requirements covered at all times.  We don't call our clients an hour before the shift is due to start to advise a nurse won't be attending or has withdrawn because that is not something that occurs unless in extreme emergency circumstances.

Clients do not need to follow up on shifts when placing bookings as we adhere to a 15 minute turn around time or update on ALL bookings. We either provide a name or advise the status of the booking. [ clients book a nurse ]
